The Manhattan Borough Arts Festival is being held during the wonderful early summer days: June 6-11th for the Visual Arts and June 13th for the Performing Arts!
Manhattan Borough Arts Festival Application and Information- Please Disseminate Widely!
Requirements:
-K-12
-open to all Districts 1-6, 79,75.
- both the visual and the performing arts (music, dance and theatre)
- submitting teachers must be certified Department of Education arts specialists, 7-12
-on high school level, students may complete application, only with the permission of teacher
-2 visual arts submissions per school
-3 performing arts submissions per school
-deadline for Visual Arts: February 22nd
-deadline for Performing Arts: March 24th
The American Association of Blacks in Energy Scholarship is inviting students to apply for a scholarship: "Students who plan to major in business and/or the STEM disciplines -- and who plan to pursue a career in the energy sector -are invited to apply for an AABE Atlanta scholarship."
