Lower East Side Residents:

Site 1 (242 Broome Street)

 

Concrete placement will be conducted on site, no pump will be required. Flaggers will direct pedestrian and vehicular traffic as needed along Ludlow and Broome. No after-hours work is anticipated. 

 

Site 2 (115 Delancey Street)

 

Site 2 will continue excavation and support of excavation at the cellar and sub-cellar level. Sub-cellar concrete pile cap installation will continue this week. Both of these activities will continue on Saturday, March 12th between the hours of 9am-5pm.

 

Site 5 (145 Clinton Street)

 

Foundation and superstructure work continues at Site 5. Underground plumbing installations, with subsequent inspections, continue along with concrete installations. Concrete pours are anticipated to take place on Tuesday, March 8th and Thursday, March 10th in the early morning hours. 

 

Site 6 (175 Delancey Street)

 

The coming week's activity at Site 6 includes pouring concrete for the foundation on the south side (Broome Street) and installing rebar and formwork for the east side foundation. No after-hours work is scheduled.
